Any influence from PCC Transport Links – who is responsible Assurances on above Another exit What area is being considered? What is Plymouth planning – that will have an effect on Is Bickleigh going to be swallowed up in Plymouth How much control do we have Is there any point in consulting with public – will they just do it anyway?
