Vacancy Notice
Notice under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 is hereby given that a vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for Bickleigh Parish Council.
The vacancy has arisen due to the death of Cllr Brian Hill
For a by-election to be held to fill the vacancy, a request by TEN registered local government electors in Bickleigh Parish must be made, on or before 10th July to:

Electoral Services,
South Hams District Council,
Follaton House,
Plymouth Road,
Totnes,
TQ9 5NE.
If an election is not requested, the Parish Council will co-opt a person to fill the vacancy as soon as practicable.
